About Me

My name is Nash and I'm a filmmaker, writer, and production creative based in the UK and Thailand. I’m currently completing my BA in Film Production at the University of the West of England, graduating in 2025.

My creative focus lies in storytelling that bridges cultures — especially narratives rooted in Asian identity, mythology, and emotion. I’ve written and directed Poems to Yomi, a black-and-white samurai short film performed entirely in Tokugawa-era Japanese, reflecting my deep respect for cultural authenticity and classical form. I also co-wrote the screenplay for Orpheus and the Machine, a sci-fi drama inspired by the Orpheus myth, which fuses speculative fiction with arthouse intimacy and was made as a graduation film for Mahidol University International College.

Beyond writing and directing, I’ve worked across multiple student and professional productions in roles ranging from cinematography and gaffing to assistant directing. I’ve also worked as a production assistant on commercial shoots in Bangkok with companies such as Gravity Film Asia and UnboxNow. These experiences have shaped my understanding of both independent and professional production workflows, and honed my adaptability on set.

Trilingual in English, Thai, and Mandarin, I bring an international perspective to everything I do — whether I’m helping craft a script, coordinate a shoot, or communicate between teams. I’m currently developing my portfolio with the aim of joining GDH’s Business Development team in Thailand, where I hope to help market and position Thai films for global audiences and film festivals.
